The copyright and all other rights in the material on the Website are owned by Racemarket.net or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights.

- to advertise betting, gambling, lotteries, or related activities;

Marketing and Logo Usage: By registering for an advertiser account and utilizing our ad management platform, you grant Racemarket.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company name, trademarks, and logos in our marketing and promotional materials. This includes displaying your logo on our website and sales collateral to identify you as an active advertiser. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing at [email protected], and we will promptly remove your branding from public display.
- 4.5. Racemarket.net reserves the right (but not the obligation) at its sole discretion to refuse, review, edit, move, or remove any content or ad campaign that is posted to, or available on, the Website without the need to give any reasons for doing so.
5. Payments, Balances, and Invoicing
- 5.1. Non-Refundable Balances: All funds deposited and balances purchased within the Racemarket Apex platform are strictly final. Once a balance is bought and paid for, it is absolutely non-refundable and non-withdrawable under any circumstances. Funds must be utilized for advertising on the platform.
- 5.1.2. Invoicing For your accounting purposes, official invoices will be generated and sent to your registered email address within a few days following the successful processing of your payment.
6. Trade Marks
Racemarket.net trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and graphics, logos, designs, page headers and button icons are the intellectual property rights of Racemarket.net and neither they nor any confusingly similar versions may be used by you including (but not limited to) as part of any trade marks and/or domain names without the prior written consent of Racemarket.net other than for the purpose of referring to Racemarket.net and its associated brands lawfully and in good faith (only). Racemarket®" is a trademark, registered at European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
7. Registration
- 7.1. To access certain parts of the Website, Racemarket.net may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself. Such registration shall be subject to specific terms of registration. Where you register you also agree to:
- 7.1.1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"); and
- 7.1.2. maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it fully up to date.
- 7.2. Where you register on the Website, you will be allocated a user name and password. These account details must be used solely by you; sharing your user name and password with any other person or making it available to multiple users on a network is strictly prohibited. - 7.2.5. grant Racemarket.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company name, trademarks, logos, and uploaded advertising materials in our marketing and promotional materials.
8. Disclaimer
- 8.1. Whilst Racemarket.net endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, due to the inherent nature of the Internet, errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time. Accordingly, the Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind and we do not accept any liability arising from any interruption in availability. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasonable cause.

- 9.3. If your ad / campaign / account was suspended, you are not eligible for a refund for already paid services and remaining balance in your account.
10. Limitation of Racemarket.net’s Liability
- 10.1. Racemarket.net will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by Racemarket.net or its employees (more in rule 8.5).
Variation of these Terms & Conditions of Use
Racemarket.net reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions of Use from time to time. Such variations become effective immediately upon the posting of the varied Terms & Conditions on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes. You should therefore check the Website from time to time to review the then current Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on April 25th, 2026.

Provision of the online services and webhosting
In order to provide our online services securely and efficiently, we use the services of one or more web hosting providers, from whose servers (or servers managed by them) the online offer can be accessed. For these purposes, we may use infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, as well as security services and technical maintenance services. Our hosting service provider is Webtasy d.o.o., located and hosted in Slovenia (SI).
The data processed as part of the provision of the hosting offer may include all information relating to the users of our online offer, which is generated as part of the use and communication. This regularly includes the IP address, which is necessary to be able to deliver the contents of online offers to browsers, and all entries made within our online offer or from websites.
E-mail dispatch and hosting: The web hosting services we use also include the dispatch, receipt and storage of e-mails. For these purposes, the addresses of the recipients and senders as well as further information regarding the e-mail dispatch (e.g. the providers involved) and the contents of the respective e-mails are processed. The aforementioned data may also be processed for SPAM detection purposes. Please note that e-mails are generally not sent encrypted on the Internet. As a rule, e-mails are encrypted in transit, but (unless a so-called end-to-end encryption method is used) not on the servers from which they are sent and received.
